Distinguendus est ab Odorico de Portu Naonis notario (n. 29-6-1263, m. 12-3-1335). Eius epistolae et sermones deperdita sunt. Chronicon compendiosum a mundi exordio usque ad annum 1331, saepe Odorico adscriptum, probabiliter Elemosina frater OFM exaravit.
